Shane Bower was born and raised in the urban capital of Fiji, Suva city where he developed metal working skills whilst employed as a young apprentice at a boat building company. His artistic side was inherited from his mother, a well known Fijian painter.

Shane's visual language expresses an acute understanding of form and dimension.

Through various flagship installations in Fiji and further afield Shane is a highly sought-after artist.  His works are robust and timeless and connect seamlessly with their environment.

Shane's linear compositions are confident and bold manifestations of symmetry and structure.

Shane's visual language conveys an unparalleled understanding of form, whether expressed in 3 dimensional sculptures or translated into 2 dimensional compositions.
Shane captures movement and grace in seemingly effortless, perfectly representational and individually unique works.
